If you started LLC in PA and have not officially closed it you must renew your LLC with the Department of State. The renewal will cost you $7. Renewal deadline is 9/15.  File renewal via the following website: Business Services | An Official Pennsylvania Government Website

You will need to establish an account with the PA Department of State first. 

If you used an attorney or do it yourself website such as Legal Zoom they probably are sending you reminders. Do not pay them to do the renewal. You can do this yourself. 

I generally am not preparing these renewals but if you are in bind and need assist I could do it for $100. But I encourage you try on your own.

I would imagine if you miss the deadline they will still accept the renewal. I am not positive on PA's enforcement actions for not renewing but after a certain amount of time they will start the process to administratively shut down the LLC.
